We collect the data you provide directly: name, email, password (encrypted), bodyweight, height, sex, home gym, profile photo, PRs, sessions, and gym check-ins. We also collect technical data such as device type, browser, and IP address for security and analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to operate leaderboards, calculate Wall rankings, send notifications, process payments, prevent fraud, and improve the Service.
3. What Is Public
Your name, profile photo, lifts, and rankings are visible to other authenticated raiders. Your email, password, and exact location are never public.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, payments) under contract. We do not sell your data.
5. Data Retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from your profile, which removes your personal data within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email support@gymraid.com to exercise them.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. Disabling them may break the Service.
8. Children
GymRaid is not directed at users under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
