1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GymRaid (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use GymRaid. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and are physically capable of performing the lifts you log.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information including bodyweight and height for ranking purposes.
4. User Content & Honest Lifts
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting it you grant GymRaid a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it within the Service. Falsifying lifts, video, or check-ins may result in suspension and removal from leaderboards.
5. Assumption of Risk
Heavy lifting is dangerous. You assume all risk of injury. GymRaid is not a coach, trainer, or medical provider. Consult a professional before attempting maximal efforts.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile. No refunds for partial billing periods.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct that harms the community.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GymRaid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
