Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your GymRaid Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

2. Eligibility

The 30-day guarantee applies to your first-ever Pro purchase. Renewals, repeat subscriptions, and Lifetime Pro purchases beyond the initial 30-day window are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@gymraid.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your account email and approximate purchase date. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

4. After the 30-Day Window

Subscriptions cancelled after 30 days remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not auto-renew. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your profile page. Cancellation stops future billing immediately.

6. Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds for accounts showing patterns of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
